Visitors Removed from Approved Visitation

Removed for Misconduct

If a visitor is removed from the approved list for misconduct, they will not be allowed to visit until the following criteria are met:

  • The offender completes a request to staff regarding the issue
  • The Sheriff, Undersheriff, Admin Assistant and Jail Administrator meet on the issue
  • The administrative staff agrees the visitor may return

Removed by Inmate

If a visitor is removed from the approved list by the offender, they will not be allowed to visit until the following criteria are met:

  • The offender writes a request to staff asking for them to be placed back on the list
  • The Jail Administrator approves the request
  • No visitor will be added or removed more than twice per incarceration
